On our initial call, we’ll take a close look at your business from the inside-out, I’ll give you objective feedback, and deliver a quote.
After we've decided we’re a match made in Business Partnership Heaven, we’ll pick a time for your Planning Meeting and get that on the calendar!
Bring a snack because this call can last up to 90 minutes. And I’ll bring a fine-toothed comb because I’ll be looking at your business, your goals and your priorities in-depth.
Not only will we get clear on what you want to accomplish within the next 3 months, we’ll also get very specific around where you want to take your business.
Where do you want to focus your time, attention and energy in the next 90 days? This is the question we will answer together!
Once we outline these specific goals, we’ll make a plan with actionable steps to ensure we can get it all done.
Some examples of initial projects include… setting up your communication plan, creating and maintaining a sales & marketing calendar, creating an evergreen course using content already created or having a contact (aka me) to handle the back-end stuff like working with a copywriter, scheduling email sequences or integrating your systems.
No matter how we work together, one thing is certain: I’ll hold you accountable to all those big goals you set at the start of the quarter—and that’s a promise.
